2. Data Controller
swattedw.tf is the data controller for account, billing, and security log data. For Lookup Inputs you submit, you typically act as the controller and we act as a processor to execute your requested lookups. See the Privacy Policy for details and contact points.
3. Scope of the Service
The Service provides OSINT/lookup tools and related utilities for legitimate research, security, and account management. Public availability of information does not make use lawful. You must have a valid legal basis for any use of Results.
4. Acceptable Use and Misuse
You must not use the Service to dox, harass, stalk, extort, impersonate, discriminate, or facilitate swatting or unlawful surveillance. We may suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities where legally required or appropriate.
You are solely responsible for unlawful or abusive use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, swattedw.tf is not liable for claims or damages arising from your misuse.
5. Accuracy and No Reliance
Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying information before taking action. The Service does not certify or validate the legality of any Result.
6. Intellectual Property
All Service content and branding are owned by swattedw.tf or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Some lookups rely on third-party sources or APIs. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful misconduct. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Copyright/DMCA
Copyright complaints should be sent to our designated agent at legal@swattedw.tf. Notices must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3).
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, legal bases, retention, international transfers, and your rights (including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Delaware have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes. If you are a Consumer habitually resident in the EU/EEA/UK, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where feasible.
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
