How do daily lookups work? Plans

Dashboard requests reset every 12 hours (rolling window). Each plan has its own limit based on your tier.

Do all plans include API access? API

Only paid plans include API access. Extra+ includes 250 API requests per day; Premium includes 1,000 API requests per day.

What is the API IntelX addon? IntelX

The API IntelX addon unlocks IntelX endpoints for archived dataset searches. It activates automatically after OxaPay confirms payment.

How do I activate IntelX endpoints? IntelX

Purchase the API IntelX addon on the Plans page. Once payment is confirmed, IntelX endpoints are enabled for your account.

What payment methods are supported? Billing

Plan and addon payments are processed through OxaPay. Available methods depend on your region and currency.

How long does activation take? Billing

Activation happens as soon as OxaPay confirms your payment. If you see delays, open a support ticket with your invoice ID.

Can I upgrade later? Plans

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the Plans page. Your new limits take effect immediately after payment confirmation.

How do I secure my account? Security

Enable 2FA in Settings, keep your API key private, and use a unique password. If you suspect abuse, rotate your API key immediately.

Do you support data removal requests? Security

Yes. Use the Data Removal link in the Privacy Policy and provide required verification details.
